Anyone know where I could get some long stainless steel brake lines made up for my XJ that would be a little more economical than Rubicon Express.... And preferably local.

not local but less expensive

i think having them made is gonna cost you more than just buying them.

Try Summitracing

I think VBquick had some custom made locally (New Castle) for a reasonable price.

front, rear or both? for front, get YJ lines rated for 2" less lift than you have. I think YJ lines are actually around 3 or 4 inches longer than XJs. YJ rear lines are around the same distance longer.
Copesetics rig should have 22" front lines, and a 18" rear line if the lines came with the kit. that should be all you need, unless you plan on going taller than 7". then, you can straighten the front hard lines to gain another inch or two.

Benz Hydraulics on Rt 13 in New Castle can make whatever you want.

forgot about Benz. I need brake lines too. I'll pull mine and take them to him to match!
-
Benz sounds like the winner. Thanks for all the advice. Just talked to them and they do do stainless steel lines, just gotta bring in existing lines to match fittings.
-
Let us know how much they charged.
-
do they do braided lines, or just hard lines?
-
they do the bradded lines too. not sure if that small though.
