On wednesday we stripped everything out and got ready for paint. Sanded everything and cut off some tube ed had for the kid seat. Then today got it primed and painted.
Tomorrow, seats and center console will go back in.
It's apparent you own a Jeep when you have to reposition your drip pans under the diffs each time you park!!! LOL... Looks good, can't wait to see it with everything put back in...

Look great Steve.
Does the spring hit the bumper?
Looks that way, but now, just the picture is deceiving .. everything clears nicely.

Installed the DEJA shark stickers Ian made for me.

Installed a new head unit mainly for the front aux and iphone capability.
aaron installed a new clutch, pilot bushing, and throwout bearing. No more noises and whining! -
Acquired and Installed a YJ sway bar on my Scrambler. Operation Scout 44 is almost done!

Finally bought a full size spare tire and rim. Yokohama Geolander A/T-S 315/75/16. Off Camber tire bracket relocator and off camber tire bracket reinforcement supports. The bracket and reinforcements were easy to install and seem to hold up really well. But I'll know better once I get the tier on there and bring it out on the trail. Also put a CB antenna bracket on the spare tire bracket. Heading up to R&R Communications tomorrow or Saturday to get the CB.

I had a code come up for O2 sensor a couple weeks ago... so in my board-am here in SC, I went to the hobby shop on base and pulled all (4) O2 sensors and cleaned them, and so far so good, no more code...
I know it isn't the best fix, but it will get me by for a wile.
Oh, I also found my rear upper track bar mount nut was backed off "alot".... I was wondering why the ass end of the Jeep was wagging on the highway. torqued it down, now all is well.

Ah...hobby shops. Remember the good old days? (I feel bad for the dorm folks at Dover)
