Is it the wheel lock or the wheel lock key? I thought the keys were a softer metal than the lug nut

Tire rotation and the wheel lock became unusable replacing last tire - any suggestions on how to get the wheel locks off? Tried the other mopar ‘keys’ we have, they don’t work. I don’t care if the locks become unusable, just want them off. Thanks! TM
They make a set of master keys. Or make the tops shinny and weld a nut to the real hot. Then just buzz them off with an impact. I've done it countless times.
They also make a reverse cutting socket that will remove them.

It’s the key - I did three tires no problem then Bob did the last one and broke the key inside and then tried to get the lock lug off with a socket with no success. I hoping I don’t have a tire problem before I can get these locking lugs off...
Damn, cutting the whole wheel off like @Keith.eric did a while ago would be fun. But yeah, like Luke said...weld a nut to the top or if you can get to it (probably can't) grind the sides so you can get a socket on it
These are the classic wheels from Quadratech. The lugs sit pretty deep inside the wheel, so grinding the sides unlikely without damaging wheel. All good suggestions, I’m going to see if I can get a replacement key first, then a master key if not. Welding is an option if I can’t get key access. Thanks for the suggestions all!
Update - putting an socket on them just causes the outer part of lug to spin. Apparently these are truly theft proof lug nuts - ugh So a key purchase is in my near future...
If the outer part is spinning, try to get the outer part off. A dodge ram I owned had that problem, a thin chrome cap that ended up spinning, git it off and used a smaller socket until I got to a junkyard and grabbed a bunch of replacements.

Thought I would give an update - we tried the socket idea no go after a week of trying. So I ended up buying the key from MCgard and having it overnighted. I (wisely) decided to take the wheel locks off the driver side and spare First before getting to the lock that had been the problem. Sure enough the key broke on the lock (again) leaving me with the locks on the passenger side. Ugh. Lots expletive s vocalized at this point by me as I am the one taking the darned things off and spent the 43.00 on the key. Bob went and bought something that was made of rubber and hammered it on for quite awhile before it was in place. And fought with it with a rachet gun for a long while before it finally broke loose. Same thing for the next wheel. So all locks are off! MCGard has great customer service but there internal mechanism of the keys is made of really soft metal. Now I understand why she encouraged me to buy more than one when I ordered. Whole set is in garbage now. Thanks for advice and suggestions! I am sorry to disappoint Stafford that we did not need to cut off the wheel - Tacklemom
Don't throw them out. Next time someone pisses you off you can install them on their car. Don't leave them the key. Throw it out after

Slimer you are brilliant!!!! I love that idea...too bad I already threw them out though. I feel bad for the new owner of my black jk... I found the paperwork for the key and the extra lug nuts in the basement last week. So if their key goes bad...
My next project is drying right now and I hope the weather lets me install them tomorrow with some help from Yobob...
Sorry! I’m having problems figuring out how to post pics on here!!

Nada...
You're like a CJ...high maintenance.
Nice! I thought you were making the WJ your beach cruiser. Are you going to make a slide out in the WJ and just swap back and forth?
Exactly, instead of bolting the slide down to either Jeep it's setup in a way I can easily move it. The WJ will be the beach ride but still needs work before it's ready to hit the sand.
