DEJA Trail Ride at Rausch Creek on Saturday July 17th

I prob wont be camping but I might stay at the hotel down the road on Friday night to ease the drive and actually be ready to be behind the wheel of the jeep the whole day. I still have some cooling issues to take care of prior to the trip, it wont overheat but I'm not taking chances in this heat.

Hope you can make it John! I'm really looking forward to getting back on the trails. Camping Friday night is looking pretty promising. If anyone else is up for it. Probably will get away from here around 5:30 which puts me at RC around 9:00 pm. It should be a blast!!

I'm going to try to get up to RC Friday night before 9. I'm hoping to leave work by 11-12 get home and leave by 2-3 on Friday. So I'll be sure to save a few spots if no one will get there before me. I'll be on Channel 15 or anyone can give me a call at 856-522-9677. I hope we can have a descent turn out even though the All Jeeps Breed is going on.

Got one of them too! Been running my Yj on the trails for 5 years, no major trail damage. With all due respect to my fellow club members, a Jeep show is just a bunch of Jeeps that should be offroad, but are in a parking lot talking about it. I just don't get it, but that's just one mans opinion. See You all at R.C.

Wayne- I have a working list on page 2 of this thread with all the names on there and who's going to be camping and who still isn't sure. I might camp on Saturday depending on if I want to shoot up to the All Breeds Jeep Show on Sunday morning. I want to see if theres any good deals on parts up there thats worth me buying.

RockPirate- You won't burn out your clutch if you don't use it. Put that mother into 4Low and stay off the clutch.

I'm pretty much planning on camping Friday night barring a major storm or something...prolly be up there around 8:00 or so? Then heading home Saturday after the ride. Whoohoo one week!!! Can't wait!

Nice thing about DEJA is we support all aspects of Jeeping.

Nothing wrong with getting together and showing off your stuff.

Just like I know I will NEVER run into some of you on the beach, it is another facet of off-roading that many of us enjoy.

I love to wheel year round but shows are a great place to talk Jeeps and get ideas or pick-up used parts.
As Keith said, wheeling, beaching, mall crawling, whatever......it's all good.

Have fun next week guys/gals. Wish I could join you.
