This past weekend at Rausch Creek after 101 course with the 2016 JKU Hard Rock. Gave up the motorcycle on the track so now I'm looking for adventure in the slow lane.

Liked it a lot. Especially since screw-ups are entirely your own. No worrying about some jackass pushing beyond their capability on the inside.
Kyle from Offroad Consulting was a good guide. I'm planning on taking the full series of courses, including winch recovery. Nothing like a controlled environment to figure out how much I don't know.
Then the plan is to go out with a group for a while before making any mods. The JKU Hard Rock seems pretty capable, as long as I avoid deep water and large rocks. Then I should be in a good position to figure out what mods to do, based on what the needs really are vs imagined adventures.
Can you tell I used to be an engineer?

@bklynz00 Very nice! I really like the whole black and white them on Jeeps! My YJ used to be the same until the rust started and I decided to paint her. Have you done any work to it like a lift, tires, etc.?
1. Pic of the very early days
2. Pic of when I finished the camo
3. Pic of how she currently sits -
