• I have a 96 XJ and at times its will be sluggish with getting up to speed. It's like the engine isn't getting enough fuel then just pick up. I have replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter. Should I look into new fuel injectors? Any thoughts?

My White 96 XJ is my obsession.
My Jeep is a work in process, but doesn't mean it can't do what yours does.
Don't Tread On Me!
Jeeps don't get speeding tickets, they get tickets for being Badass!

  • Try a can of fuel injector cleaner, check the spark plugs....typical tune up stuff.

Other things associated with the mix are the throttle position sensor, the return check valve on the fuel rail, the mass air sensor, and one other thing that bolts to the fire wall but it's name escapes me. I put a tunable one on mine.
