You can get new universal fit 3 point belts for $50-80 new .

You should be able to pick up a column from a part out for $75-100.

New lock cylinder and keys are an easy swap.

If you go on Jeep Forum Classifieds, look up Awesome98TJ... he runs a parts yard up in PA about an hour away. I've been up there twice and he's got a crap ton of parts up there. I saw probably 40+ steering columns and he gave me a hazard knob off of one. He ships too so no need to drive up. As for seatbelts, just my opinion but I would never go used. They're a critical safety item and you don't want to find out they're no good when they're needed the most!!

alittle late but i have a black one, has tilt and intermittent wipers, no steer wheel but may have a key and cylinder lock in it $100 firm as to what i paid for it.
