Tubing the back half is where it’s at! I had to narrow mine quite a bit to keep the coil overs from hitting either the frame(tube) at full droop or rubbing tires at full stuff. My semi-unprofessional opinion is narrow it more than you think you should.

My XJ does the same thing... door locks work intermittently. Often the doors won’t lock with the key fob. I’ll try the drivers door ditch and it sometimes works but Usually if I go to the passenger side and move that switch a few times the locks will work. I was pretty sure it was just my passenger side (master switch) but after reading Jerry’s post I may investigate the door wiring as I know that speaker doesn’t work.

The Ultra4 site says the event is Friday and Saturday so we will likely wheel on Sunday.

@sandtostand If the axles don’t sell soon those new brakes are getting put to use...

You're a shaft
-
I'm pretty sure you need a vertical shaft engine.... horizontal shafts are for go-carts and the like.

These are the latches I used on my TJ tailgate. They make them in a locking version also. Not 100% sure they would hold a lot of weight shifting into them but they look cool.

TJ for the win! When I was making my TJ legalish for Moab, I had to make 3 wire pigtails with a resistor in them to make my little two wire Led marker lights work. Looks like the JK fix is easy enough. This guys method looks decent except for those terrible splice connectors.

Well, I think I found the hose you need but unfortunately I did hack it off of my Jeep as I never intended to us it again. Sorry. I blame Luke...
-
Have you ever gingerly removed anything? I thought most of your jeep got removed when it caught something on the trail.
I remember that one time you were on a trail.... Wait no I don't:
-
I might have what you need but I need to look around. Can't remember if I gingerly removed it or hacked it off of my TJ. I'll let you know.

I wonder if that JK you leaned on in Moab was a "Rocky Mountain" edition? Maybe you really are allergic...

I would say the Saturday after the 4th people could just come down the end of the week and only have to take two days off
My math isn't good but If the 4th falls on a Wednesday, you only need to take two days off either way. Two before or two after will give you 5 days.

That would piss me off! Hopefully the brakes are better?

Probably have air in the abs pump. If you know someone with a fancy Snap On Scan tool you can function the abs pump and then re-bleed them until the air is out. The dealer should be able to do it also. Ive done several Chebby trucks that have had the same issue. Pedal always feel spongy afterward. Im assuming you have the same issue. Some say that if you run down a dirt road and do some hard braking you can trick that abs pump into functioning and then re-bleed them. Recently did this with my dads truck, it seemed to help.

Looks like a throwback color. They had Navy blue tags just like that back in the 90's.

I have some heavy duty cj style rubber flare that I used to screw right onto my factory flare. I think it's 3-4" wide and still has all the screws in it. It's yours if you want it.
