I'm in the same camp as Whatevah. I run solo a lot and although I try to be smart about things (some things more than others ) I went with a Warn M8000 about 10 years ago and it continues to be one of the best investments I've made, however I would not be afraid to buy a Qtec or Smitty one. Synthetic winch line is worth it as well. just my .02, G

Man the Dometic looks awesome. It's good to see everyone's rides getting spruced up for the beach. Total fridge envy.

Hey everyone, I know that some of you hail from SE PA and may have some info on possible inspection shops or trusted repair places in Landenburg or Kennett Sq. One of my brothers moved to Landenburg recently and needs to tag at least one or two more of his vehicles. He has not been impressed with a shop or two which will remain un-named and was wondering if any of our folks had any suggestions.
Bro is a Toyota guy but otherwise is a good dude. thanks in advance, George -
Just wanted to say what a fabulous event this was. Thank you to all who participated and to those who worked to make it all happen. 709 total jeeps, which is a new Guinness world record. The traffic jams for regular traffic were horrific though and plans for next year have already included maximum number of jeeps. Thankfully I was in the first 15-20 jeeps to roll out. It's my understanding that the last jeeps left dover Downs at least 30-40 minutes after the first ones left and the convoy was more than 5 miles long. For some cool footage of the event on check out timfurlong2 on Insta. Make every day count folks, GAP

I will also be frequenting the Dewey establishments all weekend. Stay thirsty my friends!
And for those attending the trail ride, have a great time as well. -
I have a set of 5 BFG KM tires for sale. 255/75 R17. These came off my 2016 JKUR and have 17k on them. They are in great shape with no patches or plugs. These tires were originally siped and which helps them work well in the snow and rain. All were regularly rotated and evenly worn. $200 OBO. PM if interested. thanks, George

Lost a friend over the weekend. It seems to make the upcoming events, and taking the time to be thankful, seem even more important. G

Hey everyone, I just wanted to pass on info about an event that a friend of mine has put together, which is scheduled for 04/29. I know that some of our members are supportive of events like this and the same guy has arranged a previous run that was well attended. I'm not really a FB guy but the linky is below. cheers, George

several years ago I lived in a neighborhood that had similar restrictions and I had to find a place to keep my 16' crab boat which I wasn't supposed to keep in the driveway. I researched the codes, as you have, and believe that if it ever came to a head, you are within the rules and the HOA cannot really enforce anything unless there is specific civil penalty language in the rules that you agreed to follow, even then it would be difficult. I solved the issue by moving to a house on a bunch more property and no neighbor issues. Good luck with the HOA folks, they can be annoying.
