I don't see any pictures.
But, congratulations on getting the work done.

Awesome pictures...Flutterby! I too had trouble with the side show...but no big deal. Takes awhile to look at all the photos...but, quite enjoyable. A lot of them would make for a great Jeep commercial.

Here is a list of local Fastenals. They will have exactly what you need...so I am told.

Good luck

I tried sending PM again...I don't think it is work. ??? Anyways, I am working on getting insurance, after that is secured I can take it on the road to get stuff done before I take it for inspection. What hours are available for getting the alignment done?
Thanks

I got the firestone lifetime warranty and they've done it in DE, PA and in MA. Plus you can get it done as often as you want, free. It was $120. Just don't let them see your Jeep when you're buying it. After you have it they can't say squat.
That sound good...and Firestone is pretty much just around the corner. I'll give them a try next week.
Thanks for all the help. -
I have been told of Bear Alignment (on N. Scott street in Wilm) for doing alignments with modified suspensions (4" lift). I do want to be careful where ever I to get this done but, hoping to keep near the Elsmere area. Any other suggestions?
Thanks -
I presently have 4, 35x12.5 BFG's mounted on 8.5" rims on my Jeep. Questions are: for my spare tire (35x12.5) should I mount & balance it on an 8" or 8.5" rim? And where can I go to get this done? I have been finding (the places I've asked) will not mount & balance a 12.5 width on an 8" rim.
Thanks

Does anyone (within Elsmere to Newark) have an '81-'82 (or there about) Scrambler or CJ-7, 258 original wiring harness connected, that I can look at, to see where I may have not properly attached all the correct connections on my rebuild project? I have used the manuals (Chilton and Haynes), in fact have an '82 shop manual, but just can not trace one harness connection.
Thanks -
..does anyone know of a website where I can order the stock or SS custom lines that are correct for my jeep application??http://www.inlinetube.com/
Got my SS lines (pre-bent) from here.

I just read in JP magazine that Paragon has shut down. :o,

OK, you can cancel/delete this question. I have found previous responses on neoprene covers and these were not good. It seems Best Top and Wet Oakley are the preferred brands.
Thanks -
JC Whitney is have a sale. Does anyone have thoughts or concerns on these neoprene covers? In addition to the comment on the page of the link.

I have a ball joint press, if you need.

Might as well replace the whole lower unit. Not that difficult, as you would say...a couple of bananas.

Yes, I have done this before. Part of rebuilding my Scrambler. As Slimer said, provided it is not the clutch pedal. Most difficult part, as usual, is having room to get to the bolts. If you need/want help just give a holler. Don't forget to grease the grease fittings.
Good luck. Glad to hear you got home ok. -
I agree with you. I would love to switch to a diesel then, biodiesel. http://www.biodieselnow.com , this site has good information. If you or anyone else knows of another or other good sites let me know. I also saw and recorded a program from "Trucks" about using, used oil from fast food joints.
