I have a brand new, never used Jeep CJ gas tank Skid plate, a sport style roll bar from a 1991 YJ, and a CJ hood with hood pins in it. The roll bar and hood are free to who ever wants them, you just have to pick them up. The skid plate I will trade for a nice dog bed for a large dog, or a nice arrangement of flowers for the Mrs. $40 would also be accepted. To be clear, if you try to deliver the flowers to my wife personally, I cannot say for certain that she will not shoot you. Lol. Probably a safer bet to arrange a deal with me. If you need pics, I am sure I have some somewhere. Thanks!!!
Keep Jeepin
I am finishing up my parts list to do a 4.0 swap. I am looking for an AX15 bell housing with the external slave, a 4.0 computer, and a 23 spline shaft for the np231, and an AX15 mount. I am sure I will need more parts as little things come up. If you have any of these things available please PM me. Thanks
I will take it. I am in Newark.
JK 08 hard top $700. Listing for a friend.
Only used on winter.
I have that set up now. Slimer and E-Rock are both right. The 4 cylinder will get you A to B, but as soon as I hit an incline or a breeze, I am losing speed. You are welcome to check out my set up.
Lol. Nice Aaron. LMFAO!!!!!
I have a 60 inch lift. I would take $50 for it.
I have a winch plate. I never used it.
Pike Creek Delaware.
304 V8 out of a 79 CJ. I have no idea of the miles, but it runs strong. The carb is a motorcraft 2100 with 1.08 jets so you can run on angles that would normally starve or flood a normal motor. In your case you can continue to run in a steep nose up angle but the motor won't start like that on its own.
The axles are from an 84 cj-7 with 4.88 gearing, lunchbox lockers, and one piece axles for the rear. Transmission is a t-18a with the 6.32 straight cut first gear. Transfer case is a dana20. Both came from a 77 cj-5 and are un-modified. The lift is a 4" BDS lift with 1/2" shackle lift. The shock towers on the front were ordered from Ford for a 79 F250 (I may keep those[emoji3])
There is a rear tire swing and bumper that will hold a 35 inch tire. I am also selling a fuel cell and fuel pump. It is plug and play. I am also selling the wheels and tires. The wheels are 15 inch wheels with 35 inch super swampers on them. Probably 25% tread left. They would be great for a trail rig. I am also selling the grill, hood, a gt steering wheel, and CJ Dash.
I will keep a running list of the parts that are still available, and will try to update them a few times a day.

All items are or best offer. I am looking to fund my motor transplant this winter, but if you have parts to trade I would be interested in an ax-15 transmission a 4.0 HO motor, and wiring harness. I would also be interested in 360 small block motor. I will consider any reasonable offers. I was sanding green paint in the pictures, so that is just green dust on the items. The black stuff on the diff covers is mud, not scratches. Pm me, or you can text me about these items. Thanks. I believe it's a 6 point cage.
I would like to tie my roll cage into my frame. Shady like, is that something you do?
If I could get 200 ponies from the 304 I have now, I would seriously consider freshening up the motor, and keeping it.
Thanks for the info pajeepman and Slimer. I was just looking at the Dana 44 swap options, and the Novak and advanced adapters to go from the T18a to the Np231. Looks like a good $500. I think I can score a Dana 44 for close to the same if not less. I also have the widetrack Dana 30 on the front of the CJ7 I think I could swap in front of my YJ. I have a ford 8.8 rear. Should be close to the same width. Is there any other forms of 360 I can drop in or fab in. Like a Chevy 360. I have seen a few Chevy 360 from 2001 and 2007 Tahoes. I am still learning, and will have lots of help during this process. Aaron is my usual go to guy, but my cell phone is crushed at the moment (winch plate took her out). We originally planned on swapping the 4.0 into my YJ, but this literally fell in my lap. She has lunch box lockers in the front and the back as well as HD steering and a fuel cell. I wonder if I should consider selling the parts, and putting the money toward a whole set up. Thoughts? My goal would be a reliable jeep, that I could drive 60 miles to the beach and back on the weekends. I don't need to red and blacks, but would like to hang with blues and greens well. Thanks again for the wisdom everyone.
So I tried to purchase some parts off of a craigslist jeep, and ended up buying the whole thing (long story). It is a 79 CJ. The guy kept talking about the transmission. It is a T18a. It is the 304 with edlebrook carb. I am planning my engine swap for this winter. It was going to be the 4.0 HO. But, I have read that a 360 will bolt right in place of a 304. What would be the pros/cons of this set up on my YJ. I have 4.88 gears and a for 8.8 with the limited slip. I am a 4 cylinder on 35's right now [emoji44]. I have also added a swing tire carrier and full roll cage. (Lots more weight) .The set up would be 360 with the T18a and Dana 20 transfer case. Any constructive thoughts would be welcome. Thank you.
