I guess I thought Dover ran right into Smyrna but never really gave it much thought. Could be a very fine place, I just never knew it was a thing lol.

For the non-locals, it's in Kent County a little north of Dover, a little south of Smyrna. Roughly 45 minutes from Wilmington and an hour from Lewes. The town police regularly run radar… -
