I JUST purchased a MFG AT and MT wheel and the best price I could get was from Ron's Discount Tires, 1702 Naamans Rd., Wilmington, DE 19810,302-475-4000.
He did not have the cheapest price on the tire but came in $10 less then DE Tire on the rim. So if you are looking for just tires then go to DE Tire down in Newark. If you are looking for a set check with Ron.
If QT or 4wd would give us the 10% discount on Tires/wheels they would have really great pricing but they can't because there is no markup. Or at least that is what I remember reading somewhere on here.

Thanks..............John

Justin from Q-tec checkin in here, the only BFG's we carry are P255/75R17 which translates to 30x9x17 and they are 249.99 a piece. The others can be ordered but with holiday season here expected time for you to see them would be 1-3 weeks. Because you're a guest and not a member, the club discount doesn't apply. You wouldn't want it to anyway because the profit margin is so small, the "club discount" price is over the retail.

the "club discount" price is over the retail.
So you are saying that our discount is not a discount at all. It's like a store that says things are 50% off but last friday you could buy them for $35 but this week 50% off is 50% off retail which makes them $40 because retail was $80.
If so I'd say the discount is crap then. (Not that I care anyway) but a discount should be 10% off the lowest price available not retail prices.
Just asking

The discounts are "price over cost." So if there's no overhead then there's no discount

not true... Sorry Justin, but the DEJA discount from Quadratec is 10% of the listed price for most items, nothing to do with manufacture cost. However, some items like custom wheels (AEV) and tires do not receive a discount because they'd lose money from the low markup. Trust me, the club discount is a pricing discount, it shows at the end of the order "Price: $xx, Discount: -$xx, Total: $xx). It will never increase the price of the items although it may not lower the price of items like tires.
