I received the below from another forum I'm on and figured I'd post up here for those of you up North who might be able to give a recommendation.
QuoteI remember seeing a while ago that someone was affliated with the Jeep Association, just couldn't remember who. My DH has a Grand Cherokee and lately it's turned into a huge money pit. (It's a '97) Can you recommend someone 'honest' to bring it to besides the dealer? Newark Jeep has been jerking us around. This last time the car was in the shop for 7 days. When we went to pick it up there was still something wrong with it. Now my DH is going to try and fix it himself because he knows what it is. But I have a feeling that the dealer is not on the 'up and up' if you know what I mean.
It's very frustrating because we can't afford a new car right now and we just need to get through the winter with it. DH works in construction and gets laid off in the winter!!
Any insight that you can give us would be appreciated!!
