Broke out the hole saw and cut two 4" holes and two 3/4" holes in the back of the tub and installed Maxxima LED STT's with built in reverse lights and 3/4" side markers on rear quarter panels and also installed LED license plate lights, what a difference over stock lighting

Drove home, smelled anti freeze, saw steam coming from right side of hood. Opened the hood, closed the hood, went inside and ordered New radiator, hoses, thermostat.
It's always something.

Since your in there, a water pump is not a bad idea. Did you actually see the problem ? or did you just say f-it, and bought the lot?

Replaced the key ignition cylinder in my steering column. Now my horn doesn't work. Since I don't use my horn much I didn't really care. Then I noticed my tags expire this month.
CRAP!

John you can wire a dash switch. I usually disconnect my horn when I work on the column since it ends up beeping so much.

Yeah Steve, upper right side of radiator is leaking. Not a bad idea on water pump also!

I installed the kc slimlights that I won in the jeeps for joy raffle on my windshield. May come in handy for my morning commute if we get some crazy snow this week. Thanks again jeeps for joy!

Thanks again jeeps for joy! From experience, windshield lights are useless in the snow... it'll just light up all of the flakes in front of your windshield and reflect the light back. Kinda like in fog. They can be fun, though... the star trek warp speed feeling.

Went to the JY today and picked up some interior trim pieces for the XJ. Saw this while I was there.

Replaced my H4 bulbs in my KC head lights with LED replacement bulbs from MRL Lighting... great upgrade over the already upgraded lights, easy plug and play installation

It all depends on the conditions. Last year going to philly in the morning before it was light out when we got the big snow and the highways weren't cleared yet the snow had pretty much stopped but you couldn't tell where the sides of the roads where due to the drifts. The ones I had then came in handy. Your right though, if it's snowing at the time it's the whole time warp deal.
