The MTR's might be a little much if most of your driving is highway. I ran all an " terrain tread " for a summer at Rausch and did great. Duratracs get great reviews as well as the grabbers

BFG AT and Goodyear MTR get my vote. MTR with Kevlar even better.

I've got MTR's on mine. And new Duratracs on the wife's Rubicon. For "all terrain"/ daily driver...I'd go duratracs. If going more hard core off road..then more's.

hehe, tires tires tires. I always went for the mud terrain even though it was my daily driver, I think it makes the jeep look a lot better, and loved the grip off road. I had the old style MT/Rs and the new Kevlar ones. Awesome tire.

Fyi, with wider wheels and tires, you might rub the edges of the stock front bumper. But you can trim that.
Out of those tire options, the Duratrac would be my first choice, best all-around tire you can get right now. Second is the BFG AT... Not as good in mud or deep snow, but better on wet/slick roads.

Once I get the shop to pry off one of the wheels I'll finally be able to get started.

I put 33 Duratrac's and a 2"lift on my 03 Rubi. I mainly use it on the beach in Lewes yet on longer rides the DT's are quiet compared to the 31 M/T's I replaced and no issues on beach. Sound FX in Lewes gave me a good deal and installed everything.
