You guys didn't just knock this out of the park, you knocked it 3 states over. Amazing, professionally executed and very financially lucrative event. This gives you big boy power to help out a lot of children/families, use it well. Loved the venue, I'm in DC a lot and I will definitely be making more trips there for the 2,000 plus bottles I didn't get to try. Jeeps for Joy has grown in so many ways and I'm very proud of what you guys are doing. Keep up the good work!

That is phenomenal. I hope it is used wisely. Congrats on a stellar event !

Who is the co founder who donated all the whiskey's? Did one of you guy's know the owner or chefs? Just wondering how you put this together? It's awesome you could raise more money in one event than I or anyone else ever could or did in years of trying. Congrats!

Thank you for the kind words Stafford. We were truly blown away by the amount of support we got.
Brian, Mike was in charge of the booze. He also had the connection with the chef. The restaurant was amazing and pretty much set up the whole thing.
I have never been there and don't get down to DC often, but I can say without a doubt this is the coolest place I've ever been to. And this was easily the best event we have ever been a part of.

They had some small stuff mixed up about jeeps for joy but it was all published before any of us saw it. I met Sean Brock last year and had talked about the charity with him. He wanted to help which I figured would be a mention on Twitter but we got a bit more than that. A friend of mine is a GM of a restaurant owned by one of the Jack Rose partners so that's how it ended up being in DC. I also donated 38 bottles of very rare whiskey so that helped our cause.
