Seen a few trailers pulled on the sand. I would like more room than my 2 door to throw everything into. Thinking of bulding a beach trailer. Grill, ice coolers, bait, rod holders and so on. 12.5 tires or wider. Is this impossible? My back seat is filled along with the trailer basket. Any ideas or comments. If it not a good idea I want to know before fabbing one up. Thanks.
BEACH TRAILER BUILD OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT?

Something along the lines of Jerry (Whatevah)'s trailer build?

You could just get a small utility trailer and strap stuff to it. Prob the cheapest and easiest. Prob not the coolest tho. Depends on what u're going for.

Jeep Forum has an entire forum worth of ideas:

The Harbor Freight trailers are pretty popular to build up and modify to an individual's needs. -
This may be overkill for what you need, but is very sweet nonetheless.
And maybe would yield some good ideas for your build.

I pull mine on the beach (Savages & Key box) all the time. it's on 31x10.50's because that's what's on the TJ. It's just a modified Lowes 3.5'x5' trailer. I'm happy with it because it's so light. just another idea for you.

Thanks for ideas.
