Minutes for the March 25, 2017 club meeting at Grottos Dover.
Meeting started 5pm
Announcements 6:30pm By Geoff
1. Intros by members and guests. 28 members in attendance/3 non member signed in.
2. 121 Member count as of meeting date
3. Finance report by Matt $1,343 in PayPal account, $3,968 in main bank account for a total of $5,331
4. Trail report Jay: Last run was in January with 5 Jeeps to Rausch Creek. The runs for February and March were canceled. The next run is April 15th to RC and the club comp is April 22nd (1 Jeep is still needed). 14 Members going to Moab for Easter Jeep Safari.
5. The member appreciation RC ride will take place May 20th.
6. Poker Run June 10th Schafer's Canal House.
7. 15th Anniversary tee shirts will be on teespring for order.
8. Vinyl decal cutter purchased and volunteer asked to be in charge.
