Biggest trail ride of the year! Not only are we covering all 2019 members trail fees for the day but we are even feeding you crazy animals afterwards. Given the size of this trail ride we usually break into several groups of varying levels so if this is your first or one of your first times out you are definitely going to want to join this since we should have a solid green group or two (plus bigger groups).
Several of us will be staying at the Trailhead Campground which is part of AOAA but not really. The Peterbilt is on site 111 so if you're booking a site try to grab a spot by there. The campsite *will* fill up so don't wait till the last minute. The RV sites are big enough for at least 2 Jeeps + 2 tents and maybe more so splitting usually works.
Food will probably be broasted chicken again unless someone has a better suggestion. It's pretty awesome
I'm debating hitting Rausch Creek for a half day on Sunday if anyone else is interested in doing a double header.
Please post up with what trail level you want whether you will be camping and whether you will be staying for dinner. We buy food based on this so please try to keep it accurate. We arent going to charge for people who say they will eat and don't but if you break your Jeep it might just be karma.
1. Stafford black/blue camping dinner
edit: corrected date to 5/18
edit2: Typically we've done a few vendor giveaways for the member trail ride. After begging every vendor I know for free stuff for the member appreciation party I'm throwing my hands up and saying I'm done begging. If anyone else wants to take the ball and see what they can come up with but I'm not doing it.
