Rubicon Express Great Warranty

  • I just wanted to tell people about the great service I got from Rubicon Express. I contacted them about some uneven spring sag I'm getting on my YJ.

The springs were there from the previous owner and I had no proof of purchase. I called them and they told me to send them pictures so I sent them some pics of a tape measure side to side on my front and rear bumpers showing the sag favoring the passenger side. I assume this is from drive shaft torque. I also sent them a picture of the only sticker with the part number still on the spring.

I got an email today with an order number for a new set of springs on their way. They didn't even reach out for me to cover the shipping cost and I assume even that's a fair amount for the weight of leaf spring packs.

  • Always good to hear of a company who stands by their product. They probably know how tight knit the Jeep community is. I had similar service from Powertrax.

  • I had the same experience. They replaced my RE springs due to sag on my Scrambler.
