get a set of "inspection" wheels and tires or screw lawn/bed edging to the fender flairs. Dont forget u will need mud flaps if u r too high

In truth, some people have had creative ways of getting through inspection.

Some will have a set of stock tires they throw on for inspecition and hope they doen't get caught having too much space between the top of the tire and fender well (I've heard that could techinically be an issue). Others have gotten (or made) wide flares.

I actually got a verbal waring last year about needing mud flaps.

Depending on your setup, you might be able to temporarily add plastic garden edging to your flares to extend them, that's quick and cheap if you're lucky. Alternatively, some folks look for used tires/wheels small enough to pass inspection and either re-sell them or store them for next time.
