three coats on my yj with a gallon, about 2 years ago still looks good.

yeah i have a couple of ideas for the roll bar.

an also i got on the phone today and gave gr8tops a call and talked to Matt the owner about his yj fiberglass bulkheads, head said it should work fine and their Price is pretty reasonable at $175, they are going to have a tent set up at the pa jeep show and hes going to bring one up there for me.

as for the roll bar I'm going to build one in the cab that goes up the back of the top toward the windshield then down to speaker in the dash then to the floor. I'm going to add alot if supports and a halo bar across the top of the windshield and maybe some oh shit bars too.

i pulled the roll bar out today and set the top on there, and got alot of measurements.

I recently bought a cj8 scrambler top, and i am going to be putting it on a 91 yj

the top is white and needs to be painted and im not sure what kind of paint to use.

i have the kid crusher sytle rollbar and there is no way the halftop is going on with that. So i am going to have to build a custom cage or maybe pick up a cj5 roll bar???

another problem i have is i need some type of bulkhead to go under the back of the halftop to the floor, i thought about making a deck cover but i was thinking i kind of want the back of the jeep open like a truck bed, Gr8tops is making one (with in the next few weeks) but its for their halftop and prob will have to be modified to fit a factory scrambler top.

let me know if you guys have and suggestions about the bulkhead and the roll bar, or even what kind of paint to use because i need something thats going to take the abuse of tree limbs and brush.

hey bill, me and tyler would like to join you guys.

i found a blown fuse it was a 30 amp it was labled "fuel pump ecm" i took the headlamp fuse "30 amp" and put it in the fuel pump ecm spot and turned the ignition on i had the check engine light back but when i went to crank the motor the fuse blew again, so im going to pull the tank tonight, and chase the wires going to the fuel pump.
