I think I'm fine with them not blinking, but still can't get over the manufacturer making a change that makes a vehicle LESS visible to others.

After giving the Jeep a "once over" so I can take it to the DMV on Wednesday, I suddenly realized the front marker lights never blink. I guess I never noticed that they didn't...why is this? I even had to Google it to confirm I didn't have a problem. Just seems odd that TJs and YJs do and you can be dinged for them not blinking...yet JKs don't at all. Weird!

Removed the beach from the Jeep, vacuumed it out, changed the oil, then repacked it for Philly shenanigans next weekend.

Replaced the door hinge liners on one of the JKU doors. Rear driver side door has been getting progressively worse over the past couple years - to the point you needed two hands to open or close the door. Got a great deal on TMR's delrin replacements through Dave's Off-road Supply advertised here on DeJA. Getting the door removed wasn't too fun but now the door swings freely. I'm saving the remaining 3 sets for another day when I'm feeling more ambitious!

Due to the importance of that meeting, it might not be fair to have it quite so far south.

We have two Jeeps. The older one is called "The TJ" and the newer one is called "The JKU" I know...I'm a real wordsmith

I will be down for this event, I'm not affiliated with any team and will throw bags if there is room on a team.. I will also supply the fishing rods that are suppose to be in the water and actively fishing along with lots and lots of bug repellent...lol. As usual I'll have lines in before the sun comes up

New rear passenger hard line on Icky's Jeep. We had upgraded her to disc brakes when the 8.8 went in 10 years ago so along with it came my "custom" lines. I think one of my original bends may have been too sharp as that is where the leak appeared. The new line has softer bends and plenty of anti-chafe wrap.

Most aftermarket stereos have a fuse either in line with the power wire or plugged directly into the chassis on the back. Maybe you'll get lucky and find a blown fuse.

I usually use an impact gun to a 3" extension to a universal to a 3/4" socket and then zip down a trigger squeeze at a time alternating between sides like Luke said. Without the universal in there, the gun ends up to close to the spring or you end up hitting the fenders or frame with the back of the gun. I've yet to take my hands clean off, but I generally take my time when working around them just to be safe.
