Since we got rid of the 2011 JK we have the seat covers and a set of front floor liners that are taking up space. The seat covers are Smittybilt. We have enough front seat covers for 3 1/2 seats, its a long story and a complete back seat. They are red and black and the ones that were in the jeeps have faded a little bit. Below are links to the items on quadratec.

If any one is interested in a stock 2011 Zombie Response Team JK, BCP/Brandywine in Smyrna will have one today some time around 2pm. We are trading her in for a 2015 JKU. Its the one in my profile pic.

Had a real blast today on the trails. Meet allot of new people from the club and the gang from Jeep Owners of America (facebook). Had an outstanding trail guide, thanks Randy. Have to give a great job to i think it was Young_jeep for an outstanding job for it being his first time out. Get it lifted and you can really have some fun. Also found out when we got home that one of the guys we meet there from facebook ruined his motor after we left. He is the last jeep in the video. The snorkel is just for looks, he has a super charger installed. Water and super charger don't work well together. We will be posting photos and video over the next couple of days for everyone's amusement.

Posting this for a coworker. She is selling her 2006 Wrangler Unlimited, 88k miles, still stock. She is asking $10,000 for it. Body is in great shape. Has a couple of cosmetic problems. The pain on the hood is cracking, one of the plastic end caps for the front bumper is damaged and the plastic were the drivers mirror attaches to the door is cracked. Has a standard trans and the 4.0 V6. Other than allot of animal hair right now the interior is in great shape. Was raining so i was not able to get pics but here is a picture of mine so you can see what it looks like, same exact color and minus the hi-lif on the hood. If interested message me and ill get her contact info on Monday. She hasn't taken it off roading and i doubt the owner before her did either. Also she lives up around the Coatesville, Pa area.

hearing the words I'm storing my vehicle makes me shudder. We had to store ours for the 4 years we were in Italy. Since we have been back i have had more problems with our jeep compared to all the other vehicles i have owned combined. Battery tender is a good suggestions, if you have some one that can drive it even for a trip around the block have them do that. If possible store it inside out of the weather. The main problem we have been having is the brakes because it only was driven about 500 miles in the 4 years. Once i am done its going to have a complete new set of brakes.

I have a 2005 Unlimited. Ours has a 3 1/2 lift running 33s. Its been a few years since we have had to deal with a car seat but i will tell you this. I didn't have any issues with it with the top off. Its really easy to put a little one in and out that way. Having to put the little one in with the top on is a pain in the rear because i would have to climb all the way in and there isn't enough room for me since i'm 6 ft. Never took it to the beach but have been camping/off roading. Taking all the equipment requires a trailer. If we would have had the dogs at that time it would have been a 2 vehicle trip. i will admit i love the space behind the seat in the 05 compared to my 2011 2 dr.

We have an 05 Unlimited so i know its a bit different than the standard TJ. We have the RE 3.5 lift running 33s and have yet to have a problem with it other than the shocks i bought to go with it. I had gotten ones a that went up to a 3 in lift and i had also installed a 1 in body lift so i was running 4.5 in of lift. With the 33s it does not like going up hills with out having to put your foot a bit more into the gas. Its an automatic, if it had a stick shift it wouldn't be so bad going up hills. Its the only lift i have used so i can not really compare the ride to any other but i think it rides almost as smooth as it did stock. Its been on since 2007 and still going strong.

Welcome to the club. You will find that a few of us are active duty or retired. This is a great place to learn allot about your jeep in general and off roading.

On another note, today was a blast and in true DeJA form not all came home in the same condition we arrived. If something didn't get broke it wouldn't be a true DeJA trip. Thanks to all that put this together even though it was a bit on the cold side. Thanks to Jerry and Brian for leading out little wimpy boys group. Can't wait for the next trip we can afford to make. :driving:

Ok, info for future reference if some one else has a auto trans and it wont go into park or first. Pull the handle off and check the plastic piece to see if end on the bottom is broken. Found it on the web and went out and checked out ours and that was the problems. Was able to get into park with out the handle on there. Guess the broke piece lined up with the part i pulled out and let me get it to park. With further reading that part isn't replaceable. People are using wooden chop sticks to plastic coathangar parts to fix it. Dealership is telling them they need to buy the whole part and replace it. Top is the broken piece, bottom is how i am going to fix it, piece of a plastic coat hangar.
