i would expect the cost to be on par with aoaa and rock run since its state funded.
I would deff return for legal wheeling there.

yea generally the factory bush is at the frame. If u can i.d. the arm the manufacture might have a suggestion?
-
ill pm u my number again. Would like to move this to a text. I can do the work and give u my gemeral pricing.
-
the 2 i would recommend r the safe-t-caps (best) and pocano metal (good product and $ value). I wont install anything else.

the ends on a cj cable r pretty common. Maybe one off an older dodge picknup would work?
-
look for the peterbilt and a few jeeps in the tarmac. They have not told us were our "booth" will be.

so any of the 4.0l blocks will work but the older ones wont have the boss for the coil pack, plus the accessory pack is different so not all the mounting holes r there.
The issue is the junk yard computer says u can only use a 2000-2002 chero motor. The 2000-06 tj and 2000-06 grand chero motor will work but the tj motor mounts and accessory pack changed in 2003 to match the grand chero.
This should help u expand your search but u may have drill and tap some bosses and swap accessories to get it to work.

probably a bad pinion bearing on the d30
-
dont forget u have to match the gear ratios or regear the axles.
-
2 different axles.
Just do an image search in google to see the differences in the diff cover.
D44 have 8-5/8 ring gear and r 30-33 spline depending on what they r out of
Chrysler 8.25 has an 8.25 ring gear and i think r 28 spline.

typically the dp is needed for a 3.5" lift. I assume with the shackles u r at 3" of lift which will be fine for a dp. With no track bar u wont get bp steer due to poor angles.
The jeep may handle better with a properly set up tb.
-
u r beter off with a dtop pitman arm. The factor steering set up on a yj makes the flip a bad idea. M.o.r.e makes a real nice high steer kit but its way overkil for a 2.5" lift

i would probably go with the 3"lift shocks but double check and make sure u have enough bump stop. It all depends on the lift u r using
