Thanks that did the trick,turned key on waited then it starts ,OK thanks guys.

Ill try that,thats what i thought it might be something to do with the feul pump,i run the gauge low alot almost to the point of running out.

I have a 2004 jeep wrangler tj 4.0,does not start cold on first couple of cranks sometimes takes 2 or 3 times,spark plugs are new battery seems fine even gave battery charge,cranks fine but doesn't start right away,any ideas?also no engine lights.

Im not going to make ,kids want to go to my sisters picnic,i would rather go wheeling,have a good one Wayne.
