I did this before where you enter in your VIN on the Chrysler site, and they send you an e-mail with everything that went into making it.
Its for my buddy with a Ram 1500, he wants to know the stock gear ratio.
Anyone have that link?

Call Brandywine Dodge at 995-6605. It's their parts department. They should be able to tell you once they get a vin. If not check the tag on the diff and run the code. Otherwise, start counting some teeth...

you can type the BOM if it is a Dana axle on the dana site and it will tell you everything you would ever want to know about the axle.

if its an older style ram like 01 and older 1500 w/ 318 i know it has 3.55's

You have to have proof that you own the vehicle though.I did mine last night, just had to provide some info... and blam! now I have a build sheet for my rubicon, plus now I get notified about recalls and stuff... not that I wouldn't hear about it from the 100 different boards I visit.
