What Shells To Use For Sporting Clays??

When I shot trap I always shot Winchester AA 7.5's Supersports. 3.25 dram I'll also say that's what most everyone else shot too.

For the first time, try any of the inexpensive "wal-mart" shells in #8 shot. They are good for 90% of the shots on a SC course. Unless you get into a LOT of long birds, or rabbits. Then 7.5 are the way to go with those.
