Anyone having a problem with messages? I can't preview a message nor post a reply back to someone. Tried it on IE 10, Safari 6, and IOS 6.1.3 all with the same results. Restarted all 3 as well and it didn't help. Also dropped the IOS off my wifi and back to 4G and didn't help it either.

Restarting the phone always fixed it.
