I may be a newfie but what's HHO? Are you talking about an HO head on the 4.0 L?

I did hho on my sentra 3 years ago. If it's a diy setup, is going to be hard to get 4 lpm it of it... If you are going to try it, buy one already made from a good source that could give you around 4lpm below 30 amps.
