I have one of these on my jeep, and bought a second one to have painted..but never did. Still new in the box. $300 to a DEJA member
leave faux carbon or paint the carbon version has a much better finish quality so you can scuff/paint (or plastidip) without bodywork (the original plastic was a pain to bodywork.
it is functional, and vents underhood temps well when towing/mountains. no hood flutter either
