Well I put a decent dent in my diff cover this weekend at RC, so it obviously needs to be upgraded. I'm currently leaning towards the BTF one because it seems solid, and is inexpensive (compared to a Crane).
Is there a better value than this one out there? Anyone know firsthand about the quality of BTF's stuff?

Not bad. Cheaper and considerably thicker than the BTF one.....
and I belive his is one peice were as btfs is peices welded together

Good because your bolts can't catch on anything or bad because the thickness of the steel where the bolts are is now thinner?
depends on the thickness of the ring really... I havent heard of a lot of bolts pulling thru more of a dent thing.......
if you look at my front diff you can see I tested it pretty good this weekend with no ill effects

I'm liking that Ruff Stuff diff cover more & more. I think I'll probably get it in December.
Here's a shot of my Diff Ding. The rust colored circle is dented in about 1/4" - 1/2"
