Mostly motor swaping is a 100 little things and one or two big.
the wiring harness was my biggest headake with a tracker you may have also have space issues that the Jeep doesent have.
Remember your major systems
cooling
fuel
Exhaust
Spark / Computer /wire
Tranny / Drivetrain
the rest is just mounting and fab work.
Good luck with the swap.
And be extra aware of safety issues.
My best advice is have several frienda or helpers around when doing the swap. better to have plenty of eyes and hands.
