the alternator went bad?? and the regulator is built into the computer anyone got a way to tell if the computer is bad or not.. any ways to test it... its sitting out front of my building but if i need to get it to you.. i have tow bars.. just no hitch on the other vehicle yet..

was useless she didnt know anything nor did she seem to care.. the replacement alternator seemed to work along with a new battery.. when they bench tested it the old one came out at 11.2 volts.. and the windings looked discollored... -
i didn't have a manual for a '94...but did have one for a '93. it may or may not apply so take it with a grain of salt.

that explains why my check engine light was on.. when i would turn it off while moving and turn the ignitian back on.. it would go off...
can i check the codes doing the on of on off thing.. do you have the page that does the codes??
im getting the cdrom copy as soon as my tax money comes back.. can't wait..
