This jeep is a 97 wrangler with...
-Rubicon express 5.5 long arm lift. The rear has Clayton upper control arms with a clayton rear truss.
-Dana 44 rear out of a Cherokee with 4.56 gears and a full detroit soft locker.
-the front axle is a standard low pinion tj D30 with 4.56 gears with no locker.
-there is a JKS 1.25 body lift on it.
-the tcase has an SYE ( I think Hack and Tap)
    -rear cv driveshaft
    -motor is stock
-the exahust has a magnaflow muffler
-the rear shocks have a rustys outboarding kit with RE 14" travel shocks
-the seats are out of a limited edition wrangler
    - the ebrake has never been hooked up since the rear axle swap
-there is no rear swaybar, and no mounts on the axle for rear sway bar.
-there is a novak shifter for the t-case
    -the interior is herculined.

    Scott,
I have no clue on the esb or esp... whatever that is, but I have run into the abs problem before. I am running non abs axles under my abs tj. I have had it inspected twice so far. I am in sussex, so I can only vouch for the inspectors here, I am not so sure about up in Dover.

The inspectors are not going to scan your jeep unless they have cause to do so (check engine light, ABS light... any warning light on your dash). So, I installed my axles, pulled the ABS relay to keep the computer from looking for the tone ring under heavy breaking, and then remove the wire from the back of your abs light on the dash.

What they don't know won't hurt em.

There seems to bee some good idead of how to get one through the inspection lane, but have any of you actually done this and passed? I have heard that not only do you have to worry about the tire being fully covered, but you also have to worry about the over all distance between the top of the tire and the fender.

I have read over Tony's post on passing the DE inspection lane, but there is no detail on this aspect.
