Are you running BPE's or bottom relocators ?
I recently ran into the same problem.
I think these shocks are too long, but I also am loosing at least 2-3 inches with the BPE's and relocators.

Are there any other people out there witha low priced operable jeep. Trying to buy within a young Airman's pay budget..
save up, your going to get what you pay for. A 1k jeep is going to have many issues. try to save 5-7k and get a nice cherokee, yj, or tj.
take a look

TJ radiators aren't repairable.
Yes the Plastic caps can't be fixed, but if it's in the fins or a tube on the core it can be repaired.

why not do a Chevy 350. you can put it in, build a nice tranny behind it and add a nice t-case... you can have a carb on it and later down the road pick up a nice fuel injection kit. which have gone down in price significantly over the years. or swap in a 4.0 out of the same year as yours.
Then again I think you should just put a hemi in it. Big money but would be sweet.

pull the front clip off, fenders and all, reuse the stock mounts, just cut them carefully with a sawzall. measure from the donor yj the mount location and mark it with a metal marker and then temporally use some vice grips from harbor freight to hold them on and get someone to weld it, if its still not do in dec when i come home from school ill weld it... but you should have it done by then.
and please spell check your posts... -
The reason most of us are on this forum is because we already own a jeep, so it's not surprising that you have not heard anything from here.
I would try posting it on Rausch Creek, Maybe JeepsUnlimited and a couple other websites.
that is not true
Many many jeeps get sold through this site, either bought by member (i sold my XJ in to a member with quite a few jeeps) or sold through people recommending it to their friends, i know for a fact that whenever I’m in my jeep and get approached by people one of the questions that normally comes up is if i know anyone with a nice wrangler for sale (because they either owned one in the past or have always wanted one). someone is always looking for an upgrade or to down grade.
I have bought from Steve, (Dewbers) in the past and he was always honest with me, hopefully you sell it, good luck.

I'm in, mine is a psc power steering pump and reservoir kit, I think it's about 400.00 ish because I don't need the pulley and brackets... Let me know I'll put the list of part numbers together.
