Yeah... I debated doing the same thing but looked before I started. The sell a CB/Radio antenna too, but I doubt it works too well. Be interested to see what you figure out here.

04TJGuy had them before he bought a skirt and sold his rig for an Audi...
He is the first album in the gallery... Take a look.
Here is his front and back.. he has before pictures there too..

    FRONT:

    BACK:

I just got done taking some vinyl lettering off mine last weekend.
You can pretty much just peel it off if it's not could out from the heat of the sun...

Given it's February, that's not gonna happen... I used a heat gun because it was handy.
A hairdryer is probably better to keep you from jacking it up, but a heat gun is fine if you are careful.

Just don't cook the thing... it's only to make it "warm" not hot... just need to soften it...

I posted a pic of the tummy tuck one time and you guys noticed the angle was a little off.. I took it back and had it tweaked and it was a lot better, but still kinda there... I'll see about having another shop look at the angle for a second opinion maybe... If they say it's good I'll think about a MML...

I'll be honest... I'm a banker not a mechanic... I had the work done so I'm not sure about the angle.
It's a Tom Woods shaft I had done at the same time as the SYE.

I've heard the vibes sometimes "just happen" and for some a 3.5 is fine and others now... Do you really think I shouldn't have any? It would be nice to get rid of them... Not anything I can do on my own... I can try another shop maybe.... What's it take to adjust it? I'm not totally without skill.. Mostly just without time.

So I read in a post that a motor mount lift helps with the angle so a SYE may not be necessary...
I did a RE 3.5" lift, a 1" body lift, and a tummy tuck... Vibes were bad so I got a SYE... I still get some
mild vibes... Would a MML help at all? I can live with it, but if it could help I would consider it...

You got an obsession with covering up your sheet metal don't you :laughabove:

12 awg won't stop you from bending the metal underneath even with a moderate hit so what's the purpose (Just wondering) ???

You aint kiddin... So far, I got full corners, this tailgate, and the front cowel covers are off getting powder coated... The jeep was once blue, but is like 50% powdercoated black now... With tube doors the only thing left is the hood and grill...

Somehow the jeep brings out the stupid in me....

As to what's the purpose... That implies we need one....

The tailgate showed up today with rivets.. so that seems to be the way to go... I think I'll just cover up the vent. I can't see how it would really matter...

Has nyone ever installed one of these? It's 12 gauge steel so I'm thinking rivets would probablu due...
I also can't help but notice the vent in the tailgate gets covered up by this.... Not sure if that is bad or not.
Would it be worth cutting out a whole in the center for the vent?

I would also say do a 1" BL and a budget boost with 33's... The BL doesn't look bad... you can't even tell, particularly if you do an after market bumper. I am running a 3.5" RE lift and 1.25" BL... about what you were looking to do.
You can check my pics in the gallery...

A buddy of mine went 35's and it was one step too far... He ended up selling his ride as a result... He sank a ton into new gears, lift, flares... on and on and was unhappy at the end. As a DD I think that would be the wrong move..

Almost done... they are back from the lasercutter and Zach is putting in the countersunk mounting holes now...
Next, powdercoating and the install... The pics are from a Jeep at A to Z he used to dry fit it.
I got a sheet of white vinyl to put behind the skull and some red for the eyes... should be cool...

Yeah it's getting heavy... yeah, I got issues...
I have the same plan for my keester... Worked on it over the holiday... It's growing in size nicely.
As for why, does anyone really need a reason?

    It's bigger than 11x17.

I will need a plotter for this one...

Ok... I'm almost done... I have an autocad file I need to get printed actual size so I can see if it fits right before I send the below out to get lasercut into some steel... Anybody have access to a plotter or something and be willing to print it and mail it to me? Hit me with your email and I will send you the DXF file...

The armor plat I think turned out pretty good... It actually wraps all the way to the flare, and the sckull I think came out cool.... The square is so the jeep logo shows through...

    <img src="http://www.delawareja.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=15447" alt="armor" />

I was debating putting one in, but it gave the disclaimer *Will not work with factory Trac-Lok (Posi-Traction) Differential case".

Not sure if I have one or not... does anyone know if it comes in a 2006 TJ SE standard? I can't find my window sticker and I'm not sure how to tell...
