Has anyone ever taken the front grill off a TJ? I was fishing around mine tonight and it looks like there is just a couple bolts in the front wheel wells... Are there others I haven't found? My aftermarket bumper makes it pretty tough to get under it to see anything...

I got a battery buddy Harbor Freight for cheap... works like a champ..

I had a similar issue.. took me time to find what was drawing current...

How fast does it get worn down? Overnight? If so, I would start pulling fuses to find whats killing it... start with the accessories and stereo.. if that stops the drain, you have it narrowed down...

They sell it at lowes and home depot... 3m 2 sided tape... getting the old stuff off will be the real hassle... get some goo gone or something...

If they are the bushwackers I used to have them... REAL easy... even if it's not your bag, you would be hard pressed to screw them up...

You unpeal the tape and stick them on... A few plastic buttons to push in... instructions are good... Don't sweat it..

Now, if they are real steel rockers.. that's different.. Need a jack and a friend to help out....

Well... here it is... Going to get this lasercut into the armor panel...
I need a sheet of white and red vinyl so I can cut out the background before I mount it...
Was going for white bones and red eyes... Circle is like 6" around.. Any leads on getting a
couple pieces of vinyl? Sounded like some of you have some.. Where can I get it?

A buddy of mine freehanded a cad drawing... It looks pretty awesome.. I'll convert it to jpg and post it sometime soon... Making a few minor tweaks to the design, then I'll ship the armor panel to get cut...

Should have it all wrapped up in a few weeks... I'll post the final pics when it's done...

A to Z welded on the bars for me, and Powder Barons hit me with the powder coat... Even powder coated the bottle opened on the back... a must have.. you can see it above and to the right of the left brake light...

That skull pic is a laser cut piece of metal for a fan cover... so it does work, and could look just like that... Only difference is that the outer circle would be the steel plate and not be round... Just need to get it converted to a CAD file so they could cut it... The fan cover is only like $12 so i might just buy it to use as a template...

4x4Fun scanned it into autocad last night but it needs work.. I'm in no rush... if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right...

The plan is to put it just above the jeep cutout in the below body panel... Not too big.. A little smaller than the jeep logo width wise...

Got a hold of Zach at AtoZ... If I can get an autocad of the design he says he can get it done...

Next challenge... getting an autocad drawing..

I want to get a logo cut into a 3/16 inch thick body armor panel...
Any idea where I can get that done? I did the google search, and kicked out some emails, but most of the shops don't look they do small jobs...

Anybody have a lead?

I have the same issue... lived with it for a year... if it's that easy I'm gonna shoot myself...
