Im replacing my body mount bushings since they're all dry rotted. my question is, Do I have to disconect any brake lines or anything else to replace them since i have to slightly lift the body to get them in place. im just replacing them with the same size. its not a body mount lift. i do have shakle extensions with 31' tires on my jeep but no other lift.
Thanks to all

87 yj heater stoped running. I checked the fuse and that's fine. Is there anything else I should check before replacing the blower motor? I do get rain water leaks, would that have shorted something? It's there a switch I should check.? I can't hear the motor at all when I turn on the heater. It has never given me a problem before and it did at the perfect time. Just in time for fall
Thanks to all replies

Anybody have a stock pitman arm in dover for sale. I'm giving up on removing the one it has now. It's stuck and won't come off in order to replace steering box.

I'm trying to remove my 87yj pitman arm and the thing will NOT budge. I've been soaking it with release spray for two days and it hasn't even moved at all I got the tool to remove it but that's not doing anything. It's the original pitman from 1987. Any ideas? I'm replacing the power steering box, that's why I have to remove it and its driving me crazy

Anything electrical DoverTj? Just standard jeep frame stuff? Anything special with the springs? I have an 87 yj so I'm used to the leaf springs

I'm looking to buy a 1997 tj. 4 cyl. Is there anything I should pay close attention to before I close the deal? Besides the usual frame and floor board rust issues
Thanks

No I don't have a lift just shackle extensions and 31" tires

I'm replacing my steering gear box and the replacement came with another pitman arm already on it that was for a bigger lift. Meaning that it drops down another 1" or so. Can I use it or should I go ahead and take it off and use the original..?
