Hi all,
Looking to buy a set of 4 wheels to mount crappy tires on for inspection. Condition does not matter. Thanks for looking.
Havn't bumped this lately. Happy Friday.
Man I keep coming back and drooling on this post. That TJ is absolutely amazing looking. Any interest in fixing up another one?
I'd do another but it would have to be for the right price. After doing this one I know how much everything costs and a restoration like this takes approx 4 months.
I think it was 2007 or 2008. Went to RC once with my rubicon and got hooked. Aaron Ed laurie, and Randy were leading a Jeep 101 class that I still remember to this day.
No, haven't been down to Kent. The jeep stays in a heated garage and doesn't go outside in these salty conditions unless I'm showing it to an interested person.
Keith I know that the value listed in NADA and KBB are much lower than what I have this listed for, but I don't feel that this jeep is comparable to others in that sense. I have it listed for a price but with anything offers are always entertained.
Wow. Very nice work. How about a before picture?
So.... the before pictures are very limited to non-existent. My friend and I never intended to do a full blown restoration but after we put the jeep on the lift to replace the throwout bearing and clutch we didn't want to sell the jeep in its current condition. So we decided to completely restore. Here is probably the best shot I have of it all in one piece before we touched it. There are a few more pictures of it sitting on the lift with various parts being removed but ill have to do some more digging to see if any full shots exist of it in all of its "glory" before the tear down.

Trick I learned from aaron is just take an angle grinder to it. Cut out the old U-joint so that the shaft separates and then just smack out the bearing caps from the ears.
Edit: It is also nice to have a strong vice ;D
Radio is for a 98 TJ. will update title post.
I'm looking for a driver side fender in good condition. Looking for 2 hood latches and a stock radio (98 TJ). Let me know what you have thanks.
Added radio to the list. Removed some things.
Havn't updated in a bit sorry about that. There were 2 gas tanks at B&H. Both in decent condition. I did not see sending units.
I'm sure billy can chime in here, but im 99% sure full hydro is illegal in PA as well as DE. However, does the inspector really know that.....?
Not much but I have the Windshield Washer Fluid Reservoir off my TJ you can have.
You can have it for $439.99, or just buy me this. http://www.artecindustries.com…nt-Truss-78-79_p_205.html
