Looks like a ton of carnage!
Geoff! You better have your Jeep together for the Thanksgiving ride!

I will actually be home that weekend so I'm a possibility for this trip!!!!

For those of you with the X....Android 2.2 is now available to update to. It flies!!! Plus Flash Player is awesome!
-
Looks good!

Got my X yesterday too! Same here....still learning all the features.

I have been through 4 different front track bars on my TJ and have to say that you pay for what you get. I am currently running the JKS and it is by far the best front track bar. Not far behind is the RE one.

Anybody have any inside info on the Droid X due out next month?http://www.phonedog.com/2010/0…droid-x-verizon-unboxing/

As Billy said....the company sucks but those rockers guards are actually quite stout. The tube on them is a bit thicker than others out there. If you do go to get them....just make sure they are in stock first.

That's crazy! Glad to hear you got it working again!

I'm going to 100% agree with Ian. I have seen way way way too many issues with Super 35s that are actually wheeled. Stick with an 8.8 or 44. More options, less likely-hood of breaking and just stronger all around. I'll keep my eyes peeled for a deal for you!

Both are turn signals.

Geoff, its definitely a grounding issue. Mine did the same thing when I did the corners. I ended up just going to LEDs since I already had them but I think the way that may solve your problem would be to sand down to the paint on the tub and corner adapters......or just take out the adapters and space it out with washers.

I just off the phone with Bruce from Rausch and they are still looking for judges and helpers for this weekend.
Saturday or Sunday or Both.
Each person that helps out receives 2 free wheeling passes for each day they help. Plus a free t-shirt and whatever other goodies they may have.
Its a great way to help out, get some free wheeling out it and be up close and personal with the rigs.
If you want to help out, just show up early and find one of the RC staff.
Thanks!

They are different.
If you look at the 2 pictures....the YJ one goes straight down between the back of the slider and the rear window where as the TJ one juts out a bit towards the bottom.

We used to carry it when Rugged Ridge made it. They discontinued making it and Smitty took over. We are slowly building the Smitty line in our system and since that wasn't a popular seller when it was Rugged Ridge, it is at the back of the list.
If you do go to order it somewhere.....make sure they have it in stock before you buy b/c you may be waiting a while.

Smitty-bilt.

As Jerry said, True Value has them.
Also Sears Hardware has a pretty good selection of bolts.

If I were you, I would use flush head stainless bolts. The rivets can loosen over time.
I used the tough stuff vinyl protector under mine when I did it. Works pretty well and protects the paint.
It can be done by yourself but make sure you have a few c-clamps.

I'll be there too! Leaving Thursday afternoon from work.
