Thanks for the replies. Photos loaded fine yesterday, but not today. No idea why.
I'll get under with a wire brush and check everything out. Billstein shock look like crap, but they seem to be working fine.

Put the lift on in 2012 just after I bought it. Aaron put a new draglink on a few years ago, but I noticed this:
Bump stop is rotted out. The lift is 5 years old now, wondering if its time to update it? Also thinking of ditching the AEV geometry brackets for adjustable arms. I'm about to upgrade from 285/70r 17 Duratracs (to small, wish I hadn't sold the previous terra grapplers) to a 285/75r 17 Ridge grapplers, maybe new rims with reduced backspacing....
I tow an offroad teardrop, so I don't really want 35's.
Manual with 3.73s
driveway poser shot, just stubbied out my Sh*ttybuilt XRC bumper
Double Agree. I like the Jeep Wrangle Africa too....If it was a diesel.....
Forget the Filson Jeep. I want the AEV Pickup with a Hemi.
I have had a few and am now thinking of ripping out my 2005 Magnum Hemi and putting in my Jeep. I wonder if my wife would notice if I swapped engines......
The "First" car was grandma's 1995 Chevy Cavalier....It was ok but the tranny went. "Cool" is "it runs" and takes them to work and school....
The middle one has her eye on my Wrangler.....not cool
Been surfing Craigslist. and here. Obsessively. Thought I would see if anyone here has something sitting there waiting for a new home.
I need to get my 2 teen girls a car (gasp! I mean a Jeep), would like to get something slow, reliable and, of course, a Jeep so they can get hooked. If anyone has a 2 door wrangler or any door Cherokee in decent shape, shoot me a message.
Looking to stay under $3,000.
Just to add: Used this model last September in a 10x10 canvas tent on our Grand Canyon/Colorado/New Mexico trip . Only used it at night to warn the tent up and in the morning to warm it up for the wife. She was happy, I was happy! We used nice toasty sleeping bags during the night. One propane bottle lasted about a week. I keep it as a backup for winter time power outages... very useful...
Please please let me win the lottery.... I will buy 2, one for me and one for DEJA,
You tube link since the other one does not work for me.
I ran 15" MB 72 rims and 33x12.5 Duratracs on my 2012 JKU :

Ran fine, got good gas mileage and I think JeepRus is still running them. I switched to 17's to run Nitto 35's.....
I think the MB 72's are GOA now though....
Your making good progress. That Aaron guy does awesome work! Jeep is looking good......
Got this for Christmas, but can't use it because I have an aftermarket tire carrier. Never opened.

$35 or make me an offer. I'm in North Wilmington
Looking Good with the lift (and those tires too )
Check out "Tread Lightly". I bought my 2012 through the dealer using them. It's a set 1% under invoice. No fuss, no muss. I ordered exactly what I wanted and got a fair price. On the 2012 Head issue, I just hit 19,000 and got the head issue. The dealer gave me no issues and replaced it in 1 day. I had absolutely no issues with the Jeep until the Check Engine Light came on and have had absolutely none since.
PS I'm running 34's (yea yea I know ) with a 2.5 lift
That looks a little big for the carrier, but it does have lips...... LMAO
Anyone know where to get the "lipped" style metal 5 gallon gas cans? I installed an OR-Fab tire carrier and now I can't find anywhere to buy the cans. (I mean anywhere that isn't charging $100+, or wants your first born). I really don't want to cough up $76 for the OR-fab adapter.....
Sweet! Looks like a brand new Jeep
Sorry all, Tires and Rims sold to JeepRus!
PM Sent! I have them up on Craigslost, but's it's been a crapshoot of "Please soonest do you have these available for shipping to India"
Not a stupid question at all. They do fit on a stock with no lift. I have a buddy running these on a stock 2011 with no lift. I ran them without a lift before I put on a 2.5 AEV lift.
Is the price to high? Anyone interested for $800? Tires are almost brand new.
