Decided to go ahead and put the new soft top on
Bestop sailcloth replace a top...I called Quadratec about getting the sail panel window replaced...
And then after about an hour or so with a razor knife I "fixed" the sail panel.
And stored the hardtop on the hoist I built.

Did you drill / make hole in the bottom for drainage?
Not yet but I am going to drill one front and back

I repaited my frame repair with SafeTcap repair pieces
The Drivers frame rail
Plasma cutting the bottom 1'' of rust off
The rust inside the frame
Test fit, had to do some light trimming to get it in the correct position
Burning it in
Cleaning up the welds before paint
Painted and ready to hit the trails!
All in all It was an easy install, the driver side fit better than the passenger (no extra trimming). We did trim the inside of the driver rail down to reuse the factory holes for the fuel and brake line clips. -

I've had mine almost 2 years now I'm very happy with them also
This picture is when I was replacing one set for another. The reflective surface on the inside faided/clouded up. KC has excellent customer service. -
Here's mine
got my dog sneaking in on this shot...

Hi all just registered I've owned my jeep for about 6yrs now,Its been a DD since I got it and has the miles to show it. I just recently started on some mods . Ive got a 1999 SE 5speed, 1.75'' BB with Dick Cepeck
DC-2 15x8 and 31x10.50x15 Goodyear Wrangler Authority tires, I replaced the engine at about 214k
I've added Sahara flares, Drake billet grill inserts, billet gas door, 03-up style mirrors, KC H4 headlight kit and the flat bumper end caps.I think that's about it enjoy
