Thanks for all the replies! Im not dead set on powder coating, I was just under the impression that the adhesion with aluminium would be better with the PC than a standard rattle can paint option.. The anodizing is a great idea, I want to have it black to match the jeep and I'm afraid that the Anodizing will fade with sunlight ( correct me if im wrong here..) If I was to prep and paint it myself (which i would prefer) what would be the best way to go about it? Etching primer + Standard rattle can black???? What type of cleaner? and do you need to scuff it at all?

Looking to get some new rubber soon. 35x12.50x17 KM2's x 5 Currently the tires have 20k on them with half to slightly more tread. No vibes, 1 plug, no leaks, regular 5 tire rotation. Not much louder than new.. still the quietest MTs I've ever owned.. Looking to get $600 obo for all 5 to help offset the cost of the new ones. Just want a more true to size tire. In agreement that the front is more important, Just havent decided which way to go... the rear is a surefire way to go. Little apprehensive of cutting the dash at this point which is why I would like to see one in person.
