Welcome! My name's Joe too. You came to the right place for sure.

I don't think we have electric hook up...therefore, the bullhorn would be most helpful.
Thanks
The bull horn is battery powered but I also have a power inverter to plug in the amp. I'll bring both and if it isn't needed, no harm done. -
I will be there between 11:30 and 12:00 to help wherever I'm needed and I'll stay for the duration. I'll be stopping at the Acme first to pick up a few things from the list to donate. I also have a friend whose husband works for HP and might be able to score some printer ink. She's not sure if he can get it by Saturday but if it's later I'll check with whom I can drop it off at a later date. I live in Bear and work in Newark (Deerfield). I also have a microphone and electric amp and a bullhorn. If you think either or both of these would be needed or helpful I can bring them. Just let me know.
Can I pay cash for the 2014 renewal at the event? -
Welcome. I'm relatively new here too and it is a great group.

I'm going to try to make it just to meet more of you. Never been to Hooters before either but I've had their wings.
Oops, I just realized I might not make it. I volunteer at UD football games and I won't get out of there for a while. If it's not too late I might stop in. -

Not sure if it's changed since then but I ran into a snag once. Bought a cheap car at an auction and tried to switch the title to my name. They rufused until it passed inspection. This was 1989 though. The engine was blown and they threw gear oil in it to quiet the knock to put it through the auction. Couldn't get it past emissions and they wouldn't switch the title to my name. I ended up stripping everything I could and junking it. Only had about $500 total invested in it but got $50 from the junk yard cause it didn't have a title in my name.

I've been using Google Chrome for years. No problems.

as forum members, I believe you are entitled to free or discounted shipping on most itemsI received free shipping because I was a member of Quadratec's own forum (before I joined DEJA). Saved me about $75-80 in shipping charges. I got side step rails, cargo tray & a bunch of other exterior stuff & spent about $600 total when I first got the JK. I'm going to be placing another order hopefully soon and I'm going to compare which discount saves me the most. I was pretty happy with the free shipping.

Got some new RR all terrain floor mats yesterday. Took the carpet out a couple months ago and was using the stock carpet mats. They were sliding around and getting under the clutch pedal. These stay in place pretty well and look pretty good too. Not much of a mod but SWMBO gave me a gift certificate for Father's day.

northern brewer has a killer father's day deal right now. Thanks for the heads up. I've used Mr. Beer for years. It's ok but I have friends that brew for real and was always jealous. I just ordered this kit. I'll tell my wife my father's day present is covered!

I think these are going to be my next purchase. They seem easy on & off and I don't have to worry about moving the door mounted mirrors. I've seen complaints about not being able to use the passenger side when they're relocated to the windshield mount. Anyone recommend or have any issues with these?

Saw this on CNN today. NHTSA says the placement of the gas tanks in in 1993 to 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokees and 2002 to 2007 Jeep Libertys is unsafe. Chrysler is refusing to issue a recall.

Funny as hell. This is exactly the type of setup I was trying to imagine. Plus, it'll save me the trouble of stealing one I saw on a Jeep in the parking lot at work and it's cheaper than bail money!
