Thank you so much for the feedback. I was looking at a few different options as a mount replacement. I have read where people have moved the mount to align the spring preventing a bend, especially when introducing longer springs. If I am going to put a lift on a have to attach new mounts is this something that is suggested? I don’t want the rear sitting up higher.
These are a few of the options that I was looking into. Any suggestions?Thank you for all the help
https://www.rokmen.com/rear-sp…orrection-kit-tj-lj.html# - looked like a pretty complete kit, moves mounts.
https://www.artecindustries.com/TJ_rear_coil - is the 1 inch stretch movement of the axle back? Does this create need for more mods to be made?
https://www.ballisticfabricati…ame-mounts-with-retainers - not sure how the bump stops would be mounted. Moves mounts. Anyone have experience with these?
https://www.quadratec.com/p/au…es-97-06-jeep-wrangler-tj - look like most similar to factory mount location. -
Thanks for the reply. Below is the share link for the photos. They show where the spring perch has rusted and the nut for the bump stop was pulled through. Not sure if there is too much rot to use a fender washer with new nut or if the whole mount will need to be replaced.

I am about mid way through putting a lift on my TJ and ran into an issue with my rear coil spring mounts. The mounting plate came off, as a result of rust, when attempting to remove the bump stop cup. I was wondering if anyone has experience with this repair? I do not have welding experience but, realize this might be the only solution. My rear suspension is removed and don't feel I could drive with old setup since the mount is so badly compromised. Is there anyone in the club or local (Middletown area) who makes these type of repairs at site of the Jeep?
Suggestions of repair parts and who could do the repair would be very helpful. -
Anyone selling a rear bumper for a TJ with a receiver hitch? I put on a new exhaust and it is exiting at the frame hitch.

Update...
I replaced the battery and everything seems to be good. Glad it was just the battery... -
Thanks for all the feedback!
The Jeep turned over real strong from the jump pack. The only need for providing throttle to it was to feed the engine fuel. For some reason it seemed that the battery booster pack was doing something strange with the fuel system... Wasn't sure if anyone else experienced something similar...
When I jumped on the charger, immediately following, the engine ran fine after clearing out the rich fuel mixture.Perhaps it is something with the booster pack that I have...?

When hooked up to a portable battery booster the Jeep turned over strong but would not fire up. If I feathered the throttle the Jeep would start and I could keep it running as long as I didn't let it drop below 1500 RPM. Another interesting side effect was that fuel gauge went down to E and my fuel light came on. I was able to start it fine with a plug in battery charger while on the "start" setting. After I got it started, there was a very rich fuel smell and the gauge started to creep up and light went out.Any ideas as to why I am have that issue with the portable battery booster?

Great SUV in superb condition! Selling to accommodate my growing family. All services are up to date.

It's not wheeling, but hiking... Red Rock Canyon was a great day trip to get away from all the mess of the strip. There is even a Capriotti's to hit up on the way if you wanted to grab a "Bobbie" for lunch.

The guy screwed me over big time. Had plans to meet him on Thursday to buy it and he sold it to a guy who lives closer today (Wednesday). Told him to hold it and I would pay asking price.

Waiting to hear back from the guy on Craigslist, but keep me in mind for the brew kettle.

Thanks for the tips guys! I have done a few batches with friends and was looking to venture out on my own. Looking to put together a kit here and there. Good point about the scratches, hadn't thought about that. Figured I would try here first to see if anyone had a kit they weren't using anymore and looking to unload it.

Carrier T-Mobile, looking at doing the Family Talk no contract deal. I was told I could buy a new unlocked phone or use a existing phone that is out of contract & unlocked. Yes, it must accept a SIM card. I know At&t and T-mobile phone accept them, not sure about other brands...
