I bought the Bestop seat covers for my TJ about 6 years ago. I have been very happy with them! The only thing I have noticed is that the elastic has started to stretch within the last year. They still fit well and look nice. Very easy to wipe the mud off, especially after my kids tromp across them...

I have a buddy with a wife who wants to surprise him with a spare tire for his TJ. He needs a 32x11.50x15. BF/TA would be a bonus, but tread pattern doesn't really matter. Anyone have anything with or without rim?

Will you sell the spare by itself? I have a friend who is looking for that size as a spare. Is it on a wheel?

Anyone interested in a Jeep sweatshirt just like to one in the link below? I have one in XL that has never been worn, too small for me. Looking to get $25 for it.

Looks like when I turn the ignition to the "on" position (fuel pump on then shuts off) turn key back to "off" and then turn it back to "on" and "start" the time is shorter and closer to a normal start. Jerry, that may have been what you were telling me to do, but I only did a typical start. Just slower (left it in the "on" position longer. Does that point to the anti-drainback valve? If so, is a new pump the only repair?

Anyone in the Middletown area have a gauge I could throw on it to test the pressure on the rail?

Tried giving extra time with the ignition in the "on" position prior to starting. The extended crank time was still present. After checking my records it was the throttle positioning sensor that I replaced in the past, rather than the fuel pressure regulator.

I have a 97 TJ 6cyl. with 99K on it. Recently, last 2 months, it has taken a long time to start. It cranks strong about 4 times as long as typical, before it starts. It takes longest to start when turning it over if it has been sitting for more than about 30-45 minutes. If starting within 30 minutes, it turns over quickly. Jeep runs fine after it gets going and there are no other problems that I know of. I replaced the fuel pressure regulator about 5/6 years ago and/or 16,000 miles when I had similar symptoms. Could this be the same problem again?

Is this something that you find in a local store?

What have you purchased or has been purchased for you that you think is a must have for a Jeep owner? Include an estimated price in your reply. This might give gift givers ideas for us Jeepers.
For me... love riding with the doors off - Mirror movers. aprox. $40

I used "Forever Black" on my flares. http://www.foreverblack.com They were very gray before, and now look much better. You do need to reapply every 6 months or so. Might be a quick fix, if you are looking for something to hold you over until you want to make a bigger change.
