I just did my chain on my 2.5 last weekend... the cam came out alittle for me too.. don't worry about it and just push it back in... just make sure you keep you marks lined up and you will be fine... and change the tensioner!!!!! Mike

ok now grantied I'm not running 33's..but I do have 31 swampers with a 4 banger and a 3sp auto and 3.73's.. and I travel from pa to De and Nj all the time, and the only time I have an issue is when its real windy, or the St. George bridge where it just unlocks the T/c.. that also includes when I tow my two jetski's... so its not bad.. would I want to do gears.. yeah it would be nice.. but it is very liveable with out changeing them... Mike

yeah.. I have alstate.. I also think that alstate does off-road vehicles too.. not sure though... I think my freind has alstate for his 4-wheelers... Mike

why don't you just call pap and explane what you have.. and see what they say... if anything it maybe better to have a weekend only inssuence.. I have it on my Nova, and only costs 200 a year... Mike

I belive its a master cly from a 78 f-350... its the same bolt holes, but has a bigger piston in it... and I think all you have to do is bet the reducers for the brake lines.. Mike

hey I also have a 94 yj, with the 2.5 and an auto, I did the 4.0 tb swap and that made a great improvement.. also since I go up to mountians in the winter I pulled the reducer out of the air box... its right where the charcoal can's vent line goes into it.. that helped even more when the air goes thin.. Mike

Well I figured I would add that on the 12 a friend of mine is also holding a ride in the pines... so far there around 12-15 of us.. most of the guys are from the Jd crew.. don't know if that is a problem here or not.. but its more the merryer... pm me if you want to know somemore... Mike
