i have an issue with the metal crap rod clip for the outside handle at the latch. It's the only one on the latch. The rest are plastic clips. Does anyone have a fix for this besides replacement of the latch? It's on my half doors on my 98 tj. Thanks

Thanks I appreciate it

Sweet any idea on times?

Thanks. I'd probably be interested in seeing other jeeps and vendors. So the convention center is the place to be I guess for that.

I've never had a chance to get to this event and this year it seems as if I go it will be Saturday. How long is it going on and would it be worth coming up? Thanks for any information!

I've been looking to go but the only day I'd be able to go is sat. I've never been able to go and am not sure if it'll be worth the ride up on Saturday or not.

Most people who are Jeep friendly wave. Others shouldn't be allowed to own one lol

I'm not sure if this belongs here or not but it feels good to have my Jeep back on the road. Numerous I've passed jeeps not sure if any are on here or not but most wave back when I wave! It's a great feeling to own a vehicle that people can be so friendly in!

Thanks I'll try that. I kinda figured this had to be a issue.

Is there something I can do besides replacement for the stiff tailgate hinges on my tj? I know that steel and aluminum don't mix but I didn't know if anyone had a solution for these.

After getting a extra set of hands I was able to see the tie rod end at the pitman arm is wore out. I've picked up a new one today and hopefully will have it on the road tonight! Thanks for all the help! I appreciate it!

OK I'm thinking I may have worn bushings in my control arms. I have the cam bolts turned out to get the max amount of caster and it's just barely to 6° so what I was wondering is maybe I can get lower adjustable control arms to help with caster and the wobble. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've spent a ton so far and am not looking to spend a lot.

These tires were fine before the lift. The only thing changed was a 3" spring lift with 3/4" spring spacers in the front metal cloak adjustable track bar new shocks fixed yolk and new balanced driveshaft. Everything is tight and I've rechecked all the bolts with it on the floor. It's driving me insane! The rear is set at 12° now and it still does it.

Yes it's a sye

Tires were rotated and none appear to have lost any but I'll be swapping out rims soon so they're going to get rebalanced.

It also comes in just below 55 and goes away before 60mph. It's felt in the steering wheel. It has a super short teraflex and a assembled CV shaft by Adams Driveshaft

I've got adjustable rear upper control arms I doubt it is the rear shaft but I'm going to adjust the rear pinion angle down anyway.
